Yum!
For me, a perfect cookie is soft...even if it's not right out of the oven.
With the help of the butterscotch, these bad boys stay chewy until, well...there are none left.
Let's get started, shall we?
Ingredients:
2 sticks softened butter
3/4 Cup granulated sugar
3/4 Cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 Tablespoons butterscotch ice cream topping
2 Cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 Cups oatmeal, I used Coach’s Oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 Cups chocolate chips
1 Cup M&M’s
3/4 Cup granulated sugar
3/4 Cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 Tablespoons butterscotch ice cream topping
2 Cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 Cups oatmeal, I used Coach’s Oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 Cups chocolate chips
1 Cup M&M’s
Preheat your oven to 350!
In your mixer, beat butter and sugars until well combined.
Add in eggs, vanilla and butterscotch until well combined.
In a large bowl mix the flour, oats, baking soda and salt.
Slowly add to wet ingredients until just combined.
Carefully add in your M&M's & chocolate chips until just incorporated.
Scoop out your dough onto a greased surface.
Bake for 11 - 13 minutes.
(Mine were ready in 11)
Allow them to cool on a cooling rack...
Then package them up and get them out of the house quick - these guys are dangerous to have around :)
Hope you enjoy!
Let me know if you ever get around to making them.
