Center of Attention

Yesterday we chatted about flowers

and while today does involve beautiful blossoms,

were focusing more on arrangement.

Since were getting married in a barn I know our decor will be rustic,

but I'm a prep at heart so it's hard for me to decide how much of that to inject 

without loosing that country cool

Boo-Kay

Since we are getting married in June I basically owe it to

myself to use Peonies. I mean, they are only available for like 2 weeks,

 one of which being my wedding week.

So thats a done deal.

I am however a fan of variety and there are 

plenty of pretties out there that could accompany my peony pal.

So heres what I like:

Okay first of all, Pinterest confuses me when it comes to wedding planning.

It's like I have this clear-cut vision in my head & then I see some gorgeous image on Pinterest and I'm considering the total opposite. So. Annoying.

One thing I know for sure is that I want my girls to coordinate,

 but not match perfectly.

There are a few ways to coordinate this so I've gathered some of my faves:

Since we last met...

Hi friends, how have you been?

I've been good, starting going to a "bootcamp" workout

so my muscles hate me.

You know who doesn't hate me though,

my new nephew Flynn Thomas:

He doesn't have a very tough life. 

Mostly just sleeping and warding off all the ladies that

 HEAD OF HAIR keeps attracting

:)

I've been swamped with lots of Bachelorette Invites

so thats been fun.

I've also been putting together a week full of WEDDING POSTS.

You know, because I am indeed getting married.

Contrary to most girls with a big sparkly diamond on their finger,

my wedding plans have played second fiddle to the house/move.

But we now know when and where were getting married  

and I thought it appropriate to put together some detail posts for the week.

Just to fill you in, our official wedding date is

June 8th, 2013
