I've got a few more posts than usual this Monday,
but the weekend was so perfect (and beautiful) I'm feeling obligated to share.

On Saturday Todd and I ventured toward Starved Rock State Park
on a beautiful 85 DEGREE October afternoon!
We set up camp at the cutest little family run campsite.
soaked up the colors and views!
Stepped lightly...
Drove...quite a bit
Went to the apple orchard
we even got a mini pumpkin pie blizzard!
:)
and as the most perfect ending to the most perfect weekend,
got to hang with my little fat plop.
