A Rustic Baptism!

Grady Patrick Craddock
was baptized on Sunday October 8th, 2010.
As his (fairy) Godmother, I felt it only necessary to throw the kid
the biggest (homemade) celebration he's ever seen.

Remember this inspiration board?
and this project Todd and his dad helped me with?

Well all of the hard work paid off and the party went off without a hitch!

Here are some shots from the day:

This MEGMAC invite was sent out.

despite the emotions displayed in this shot, we really were thrilled about the day :)

Love this one! Grady is saying, "Get me to that party!!"

So to the party we went:

The table and house were decorated in blues and browns, plaids and ginghams.

Lots of wood tones and natural elements were brought in too.

a sweet little drink station was set up, where we served an
"Autumn Punch" and warm Apple Cider. Yummmmm.

The table was filled with LOTS of goodies!

Including:

Harvest Salad

Sweet & Savory Baked Brie

A "make your own chili" Bar

S'mores Pops

Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

Spice Cake Balls

Coffee Macarons with Nutella Ganche

Ginger Crisps

Homemade Chex Mix

To name a few...

Guests were encouraged to leave a wish for Grady on the "Wishing Tree"

Guests were sent home with an
Apple Cinnamon Cupcake with Brown Sugar Cinnamon Buttercream.
Each cupcake box was adorned with a little tag that said
"All of God's grace in one SWEET little face"

I think this boy is in store for one very blessed life!

and I feel honored and blessed to be his Fairy Godmother!
