Easy Peasy

Looking for a cinch of a recipe?
LOOK. NO. FURTHER.

Seriously, this recipe (if you can even call it that) is so easy & packs such a punch,
you'd be a fool not to try it. With plenty of ways to spruce it up & make it your own,
it's a sure fire hit!

Let's get crack-a-lack'n.

Okay, first wash your strawberries and lob off the top and a little chunk at the bottom
(so they'll be able to stand up)

Empty out the middle with a sharp paring knife.

If you want, dip the bottoms of the strawberries in melted chocolate
and set on wax paper (or tinfoil) to harden.

To make the filling, combine 1 (8oz) brick of room temperature cream cheese
with 2-4 Tablespoons of powdered sugar and a tsp or two of vanilla.

pipe your filling into your strawberries

if you feel so inclined, roll the tops in graham cracker crumbs

and voila!

Chocolate Dipped Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries.
