A Retirement Party

John's Done Working On The Railroad!
This last Saturday, my aunt threw her husband the most fitting
retirement party! After a lifetime of commitment, he has retired from Amtrak.
The food was delish, the beers were cold (which was a good thing because it was HOT out)
and the laughter & love was a-plenty.

I was a lucky enough lady to help Mary with her party. From the invitations, to treats & decor!

Here are some snaps!

Didn't make these, but it's definitely on my to-do!

Some treats I made for the party:

Everyone got stickers

All-in-all, it was a great day...and I should have taken more pictures!
Thanks Mary, for letting me help!

Ha ha ha, nothing like a good cold beer on a hot day, eh? It's even better to have family around to enjoy the celebration. After all, what's a party without the ones we love? Seems like your uncle had an awesome retirement property!
