I worship avocados {well, not literally, but I do really, REALLY love them!} ... in salads, as guac, on burgers ... yum!

having a mother from california she always wanted me to try one, and i never did, until moving to australia 5 months ago and learned they were a power fruit, now i eat them as much as i can!

My love affair with avocados will never die... It's one of the few things I know in this life, haha. I'm a fan of over easy eggs + avocado on toast. Simple and yet so perfect for a quick avo fix. And don't even get me started on guac. I can eat it by itself any time of day, any day of the week.
